- Custom work (stringing, customization, grip installation) is non‑refundable
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated
Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before they are processed or shipped. Once an order has been prepared, packaged, or shipped, Sweetbite Sports is unable to cancel it.
If you selected cash on pickup, you may cancel at any time before pickup since no payment has been collected.
Sweetbite Sports reserves the right to cancel any order in cases of suspected fraud, inventory errors, or other issues that prevent fulfillment. If this occurs, you will be notified and refunded promptly.
Service & Lesson Cancellations
Cancellations or rescheduling requests for lessons must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations may result in the loss of the session or applicable fees.
Weather‑related interruptions will be handled on a case‑by‑case basis, and Sweetbite Sports will offer rescheduling or credits where appropriate.
Service Terms (Stringing, Customization, Coaching)
By booking a service, you agree that:
- Service fees are non‑refundable once work has begun
- Turnaround times are estimates
- You are responsible for providing accurate equipment details
- Sweetbite Sports is not liable for damage caused by pre‑existing equipment defects
Coaching sessions must be cancelled or rescheduled within the timeframe stated at booking.
Pricing & Errors
We make every effort to ensure that all pricing, product descriptions, and availability information on our Site is accurate. However, errors may occasionally occur. If a pricing or product information error is discovered:
- We may cancel or adjust the order before fulfillment
- You will be notified and given the option to proceed with the corrected information or cancel the order
- We are not obligated to honour prices or details that are incorrect due to error
