Sweetbite provides tennis and pickleball equipment, accessories, and related services including racquet stringing, paddle customization, grip services, and coaching.

Orders and Payments
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
By placing an order, you authorize Sweetbite Tours & Sports Ltd. to charge your chosen payment method and agree to provide accurate and complete billing information.
All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD). Taxes and shipping fees apply where required. If you pay from outside Canada, your bank or card issuer may convert the currency and charge fees.
Pay on pickup: Where offered for Local Pickup orders, you pay, by cash or card when you collect your order. Orders not collected within 14 days may be cancelled and returned to stock, and we may stop offering pay-on-pickup to customers who repeatedly don’t collect.
We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse orders, or cancel orders suspected of fraud or unauthorized activity.
Order Processing & Availability
Product availability may change without notice. If an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will contact you with options such as substitution, backorder, or cancellation with a full refund.
Promotions
Discount codes and promotional offers, including the 10% first-order offer for new accounts, are limited to one use per customer, can’t be combined with other offers unless stated, may exclude sale or clearance items, have no cash value, and may be changed or withdrawn at any time.
Shipping, Delivery & Pickup

By placing an order, you acknowledge that:
- Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees.
- Canada Post delays are outside our control.
- If your order is lost or damaged in transit, we will handle it as described in our Delivery & Shipping policy.

Returns & Refunds

Lessons, Coaching & Participation
- Tennis and pickleball involve physical activity and a risk of injury. By participating, you confirm that you’re in suitable health to take part and accept the ordinary risks of the activity.
- Participants are responsible for their own equipment and for following the coach’s instructions.
- Participants under the age of majority must be registered by a parent or guardian, who consents to their participation.
- We won’t use photos or video of lesson participants in our marketing without permission.

Service Terms (Stringing, Customization, Coaching)
By booking a service, you agree that:
- Service fees are non‑refundable once work has begun
- Turnaround times are estimates
- You are responsible for providing accurate equipment details
- Sweetbite Sports is not liable for damage caused by pre‑existing equipment defects
Coaching sessions must be cancelled or rescheduled within the timeframe stated at booking.
Pricing & Errors
We make every effort to ensure that all pricing, product descriptions, and availability information on our Site is accurate. However, errors may occasionally occur. If a pricing or product information error is discovered:
- We may cancel or adjust the order before fulfillment
- You will be notified and given the option to proceed with the corrected information or cancel the order
- We are not obligated to honour prices or details that are incorrect due to error
Accounts
If you create an account, you’re responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account. We may suspend or close accounts that are misused.
Privacy and Communications
