How do I place an order?

Add your items to the cart, enter your shipping and payment details, and confirm your order at checkout. You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order is placed.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit cards, PayPal, Interac e‑Transfer, and cash on pickup. All payments are processed securely.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If you need to make a change, email us as soon as possible at info@sweetbitesports.com. Once an order is processed or shipped, changes may be limited.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow its progress.

Delivery within Canada

Local Pickup (Vancouver Island)

If you need help with pickup timing or instructions, contact us at info@sweetbitesports.com and we’ll coordinate a time that works for you.

Lost or damaged packages

If your order arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive, contact us within 7 days with photos. We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue quickly.


Returns & Exchanges

Most unused items in original packaging can be returned within 30 days.

Troubleshooting

My tracking number isn’t updating

Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update after the carrier scans the package.

My order says “delivered” but isn’t here

Check around your property, with neighbours, or building management. If it doesn’t appear within 24 hours, contact us.

I didn’t receive my confirmation e-mail

Check your spam or promotions folder. If it’s not there, email us and we’ll resend it.

My discount code isn’t working

Ensure the code is valid, not expired, and applies to the items in your cart. If you still need help, reach out.
