30‑Day Returns
You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange if they are in unused condition, in their original packaging, and include all tags and accessories attached.

Non‑Returnable Items
Some products cannot be returned or exchanged:
• Final sale or clearance items (non‑returnable).
• Used or demo equipment showing normal wear (e.g., paddles or rackets).
Return Shipping
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a Sweetbite Sports error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service so your return can be confirmed at every step.
Refunds
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected.
• Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after processing.
Exchanges
• If you’d like a different size, color, or model, please return your item for a refund and place a new order for the replacement item.
Damaged or Defective Items
• If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos so we can assist you quickly and efficiently.
