At Sweetbite Sports, we’re committed to delivering your order quickly, safely, and reliably across Canada and the United States. This policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver orders throughout North America.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 days.
Because our online store operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, we may process and prepare orders during evenings and weekends as our schedule allows.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays may still be processed during those times, but if not, they will begin processing on the next business day.
Shipping carriers operate on their own business hours, so weekend or holiday processing may not always result in same‑day shipment.
During peak periods, processing may take slightly longer. If delays occur, we will notify you.
Shipping Options (Canada & U.S.A.)
We offer reliable shipping options:
Standard Shipping:
• Estimated delivery: 3–10 business days depending on destination and carrier.
• Delivery times vary based on province, state, rural/remote location, and carrier.
• Weekend processing on our end may not accelerate delivery if the carrier does not operate on weekends.
Free Shipping (Canada Only):
• Free standard shipping on qualifying orders over $150 CAD within Canada.
Estimated delivery times begin once the order has shipped.
Local Pickup (Victoria, BC)
If you select Local Pickup at checkout:
- Your order will be prepared within 1–3 days, often sooner depending on our schedule.
- We may prepare pickup orders during evenings or weekends when possible.
- You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup.
- Once your order is ready, we can provide a pickup window based on our availability, and you may choose a specific time within that window that works best for you.
- Orders can only be collected after receiving the pickup confirmation.

Shipping Costs
• Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location, cart weight/size, and the shipping method selected.
• All shipping fees are shown in Canadian dollars (CAD) at checkout.
• We offer FREE SHIPPING on qualifying orders over $150 within Canada.
Delivery Across The United States
• We currently ship to customers across the United States – including the continental U.S. and select regions serviced by our carriers.
• Delivery times vary based on destination and carrier service levels.
• Orders ship from Canada and may be subject to U.S. customs processing.
• Most orders under $800 USD ship duty-free; though cross‑border transit may extend delivery times.
Delivery Across Canada
• We ship nationwide within Canada — from British Columbia to Newfoundland & Labrador, and all provinces and territories in between.
• Some remote or northern regions may require additional delivery time due to carrier routes and service availability.
Backorders
- Placing a backorder allows you to reserve an item before it is restocked.
- Backorders are fulfilled on a first‑come, first‑served basis.
- Payment is processed at the time the order is placed to secure your position in the queue.
- Estimated arrival dates are based on supplier information and may change due to logistics or production delays.
- Most backordered items are replenished within 7–14 business days.
- If a delay is expected to exceed 30 days, we will contact you with an update.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email.
- Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after the package is scanned.
- Use this number to follow your package’s progress in real time through the carrier’s tracking system.
Delivery Issues
If your order arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive within the estimated time:
- Contact us at info@sweetbitesports.com within 7 days of the estimated delivery date
- include your order number and photos (if the item is damaged).
- We will assist you promptly and work with the carrier toward a resolution.

- Shipping carriers may not operate on weekends or holidays, which can affect delivery timelines even if we process your order during those times.
- Customers are responsible for ensuring the shipping address is correct at checkout.
