At Sweetbite Sports, we want you to feel confident about every purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help. Our return and exchange process is straightforward, fair, and designed to get you back to enjoying your gear as quickly as possible.

30‑Day Returns

Most items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, as long as they’re unused, in resaleable condition, and include all original packaging, tags, and accessories.

We take pride in what we sell, and we ask that returned items come back in the same condition you received them.


Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in resaleable condition
  • All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required

Returns that don’t meet these criteria may be refused, but we’ll always review each situation with care and fairness.


Non‑Returnable Items

Some items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Used or demo equipment showing normal wear (e.g., paddles, racquets)
  • Custom work or labour‑based services (e.g., stringing, grip installation, paddle customization)

If an item is final sale, we’ll always make that clear at checkout.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a Sweetbite Sports error – such as receiving the wrong item or a defective product.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is received safely.

Shipping fees paid on the original order are non‑refundable unless the return is due to our error.


Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after processing.

If the item shows signs of use or damage not caused by shipping, a partial refund or denial may apply. We’ll always communicate clearly if that happens.


Exchanges

If you need a different size, colour, or model, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the replacement.

This ensures faster processing and accurate inventory availability.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Photos of the issue
  • Photos of the packaging
  • Your order number

We’ll review the situation and arrange a replacement, refund, or another solution that gets you taken care of.

We may request additional information to help us assess the issue.


Warranty

We care about the things you buy from us, and we stand behind them. Warranty coverage varies by manufacturer and product type, but in every case we’ll work with you to find a fair solution if something isn’t right.

How to Start a Warranty Review

If you believe your item may qualify for warranty support, reach out to us at info@sweetbitesports.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Photos or a short video showing the problem

We’ll review the details, check the applicable manufacturer warranty, and let you know whether the item can be repaired, replaced, or supported with a discount toward a replacement. We take product quality seriously—and we’ll always treat you like a real person, not a ticket number.


General Product Warranties (Tennis Racquets, Strings, Shoes, Bags, Apparel, Accessories)

Most products sold by Sweetbite Sports — including tennis racquets, shoes, bags, apparel, and accessories — are covered by the manufacturer’s standard warranty. These warranties typically require proof of purchase and do not require product registration.

Warranty decisions are made by the manufacturer and generally apply only to manufacturing defects, not wear‑and‑tear or accidental damage.

If you experience an issue with a general product purchased from Sweetbite Sports, please contact us and we will help assess the situation and guide you through the appropriate next steps.

Sweetbite Support Promise (Paddles)

Regardless of the brand’s warranty requirements, we will always work with you to ensure you’re looked after.

Here’s how we support you:

  • We will assess the paddle to understand the issue
  • If the manufacturer accepts the claim, we’ll guide you through the process
  • If the manufacturer does not accept the claim, we will still help
  • When a full replacement is not possible, we can offer a discount on a new paddle purchased from us
  • Discount amounts vary based on the issue, condition, and circumstances

Our goal is to keep you playing and to make sure you feel supported, no matter the brand.

How do Start a Paddle Warranty Assessment

  • Your Proof of purchase
  • Photos of the issue
  • Paddle model and purchase date

We’ll review the information and guide you through the next steps.

Important Notes:

  • Warranty eligibility and decisions are determined by the manufacturer
  • Sweetbite Sports does not control or guarantee manufacturer outcomes
  • Our replacement‑discount program is discretionary and assessed case‑by‑case

Cancellations

Orders:

You may cancel your order before it has been processed or shipped. Once an order is prepared or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

If you selected cash on pickup, you may cancel anytime before pickup since no payment has been collected.

To request a cancellation, email us at info@sweetbitesports.com with your order number as soon as possible.

Lessons & Services:

Lesson cancellations require 24 hours’ notice to avoid charges. Weather‑related interruptions will be rescheduled or credited based on how much of the session was completed.
