Delivery & Shipping Policy – Canada & U.S.A

At Sweetbite Sports, we’re committed to delivering your order quickly and safely anywhere in Canada & U.S.A. This policy explains how we process and deliver orders across North America.


Processing Time

• All online orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after your order is placed and payment is confirmed.
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
• During peak periods processing may take slightly longer — we’ll notify you if there’s a delay.


For Shipping Orders

We offer reliable shipping options:

Standard Shipping:
• Estimated delivery: 3–10 business days depending on location and carrier.
• Timing varies based on your province, state, remote or rural locations, and carrier operations.

Free Shipping:
• On qualifying orders over $150 within Canada.

Estimated delivery times begin after the order has shipped.


For Local Pickup Orders

• If you choose pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and available for collection once processed — usually within 1–3 business days.
• You will receive a pickup notification email when your order is ready.
• Orders are available for pickup only after you receive that notice.


Shipping Costs

• Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location, cart weight/size, and the shipping method selected.
• All shipping fees are shown in Canadian dollars (CAD) at checkout.
• We offer FREE SHIPPING on qualifying orders over $150 within Canada.


Delivery Across The United States

• We currently ship to customers across the United States – including the continental U.S. and select regions serviced by our carriers.
• Delivery times may vary depending on destination and carrier service levels.
• Orders are shipped from Canada and may be subject to U.S. customs processing.
• Most orders under $800 USD ship duty-free; however, delivery times may be slightly longer due to cross-border transit.

Delivery Across Canada

• We currently ship nationwide within Canada — from British Columbia to Newfoundland & Labrador, and all provinces and territories in between.
• Some remote or northern regions may require additional delivery time due to carrier routes and service availability.


Backorders

• Placing a backorder allows you to “reserve” an item. We will ship it to you as soon as it arrives in our warehouse, following a first-come, first-served priority system.
• To secure your place in the queue, payment is processed at the time the order is placed.
• We provide the most accurate estimated arrival dates available from our suppliers. Please note that these dates are subject to change due to logistics or production delays.
• Most backordered items are replenished within 7–14 business days. If a delay is expected to exceed 30 days, our support team will reach out to you directly with an update.


Pickup Location & Hours

• Pickup is available at:

3943 Quadra Street C, Victoria, BC (Vancouver Island)
• Pickup hours: Mon–Fri 10 AM – 5 PM
Please plan your visit during these hours for a smooth pickup experience

Alternative pickup location and time can be arranged upon request.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. Use that number to follow your package’s progress with the carrier.
• Real-time tracking helps you know exactly where your order is at every step.


Delivery Issues

If your order arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive within estimated time:
• Contact us at info@sweetbitesports.com within 7 days of the estimated delivery date with your order number and photos (if damaged).
• We’ll assist you with the carrier and work toward a resolution.


Important Notes

• Delivery times are estimates and can vary due to carrier delays, weather events, peak seasons, or remote addresses.
• It’s the customer’s responsibility to ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Incorrect addresses may delay delivery or lead to additional fees.
